i did some research, and all of the attendees I could find went from more low profile media jobs to high profile government jobs or closely working with the government. jacinta on the other hand started her own movement. another interesting thing is that she met with the US embassy for a meeting i 2018 iirc. the people who attend these programmes build vast networks. FW De Klerk also went to one before he was president btw
