big banks have lent money to private credit institutions who have the lent to data centre build outs which have monster numbers behind it & then sell it as an investment to other institutions (let alone derivatives to account )

Its not really a bubble is it, the difference with a bubble is that the demande can’t keep up with the supply, yet for the ai industry the demand is there, and chip makers can’t keep up with orders. So calling it a bubble is fundamentally wrong, the real question is whether ai companies will be able to digest their investments and profit from them, which hasn’t been the case until now.
