Agree. So-called Public Archaeology and Uni outreach needs to be broader. Not to mention the unfortunate state of conferences asking for content which they do not remunerate for. It relies on the fact that people NEED to share their stuff, but it's also a manifest class and monetary barrier. Most conferences are crucial, but also only self-sustaining.
