@whiteriverrambo: #tiktoklive #livehighlights STEP BY STEP: pick a shaft & spine based on your needs & energy level. 1. CUT- 1 arrow to length 2. Bare Shaft tune by starting with paper, then small adjustments to 30yrds. 3. try different point weights to find the most forgiving dynamic 4. Pick your insert/component weights 5. Cut & build the rest of the dozen. 6. Bare Shaft Tune with Nock tuning each individual arrow. you should be able to adjust each arrow to hit a single hole at 15yrds. 7. take all 11 & fletch them leaving the original Bare shaft. ...Wright down all the details to the build. ...As long as you don't adjust DL or Weight the Bare shaft will always be able to find tune after Rest & D-loop updates. #archery #howto #Whiteriverrambo
great advice for guys with no bow press. personally I rather keep point weight around the ideal weight for total build I wanna be at. aka 480-500 gr i sling around 290-295 fps. weight and speed combo i love. so if i need to tune i shim cams or twist cables, etc. but great advice.
