I mean, it's possible. You analyzed that game before and remembered every single move that Stockfish would play with enough time (as White) and which one it would do 'instantly' (as Black); so, basically, you are playing against a nerfed Stockfish that can't see moves at a greater depth than you remember. its not that hard its just long.
