Make us garments for one another, protect our marriage from fitnah and betrayal, and allow us to grow old together while becoming closer to You. Ya Allah, You know how deeply I desire this. I ask You because You are Al-Mujīb, the One who answers doa. You are Al-Fattāh, the One who opens what appears closed. You are Al-Latīf, the One who arranges matters through ways we cannot see. You are Al-Jāmi’, the One who brings together. Nothing is impossible for You. When You decree a matter, You say, “Kun fayakūn”, “Be, and it is.” Ya Mujīb, accept my doa. Ya Fattāh, open our way. Ya Latīf, arrange our affairs beautifully. Ya Jāmi’, unite Iqbal and Fatrisya in goodness and unite us through a blessed halal marriage. Ameen Ya Rabbal ‘Alamin.
