Here is the rest of our snack prep for the week 🍫❤️ If you’re going to make anything, make the snickers slice. SO good. Raw snickers slice 🍫🥜 Base layer: 
- 1 ¼ cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil 
- 1 tsp vanilla Caramel layer
- 8 medjool dates 
- ¼ cup salted peanut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp water

- ½ cup chopped peanuts (I used the pre-chopped version from Woolies & lightly toasted in a pan Chocolate Layer
- ½ cup dark choc chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil - Flakey salt 1. Mix the base layer and press into a square 20x20 tin, get it as compact as possible.  2. Add the caramel ingredients (except for the peanuts) into a food processor and blitz until smooth. Spread onto the base layer, being careful not to break apart the base! Sprinkle your peanuts on top and push in to the caramel 3. Melt the coconut oil and chocolate, pour onto the caramel and peanuts. Top with some flakey salt 4. Freeze until chocolate has hardened. Take out and chop up, store in the fridge or freezer! Healthier blueberry & white chocolate scones 😋 - ½ cup (180g) wholemeal flour  - 1 ½ tsp baking powder - ½ tsp salt - 2 tbsp (28g) unsalted butter, cold and cubed - ½ cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt - 3 tbsp (45mL) maple syrup - 3 tbsp (55mL) milk - 1 tsp vanilla - ½ cup (80g) blueberries - ¼ cup white chocolate chips 1. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and butter in a food processor until crumbly. 2. Add all ingredients into a bowl and combine.  3. Form into a circle or square on a tray and use a knife to cut into 8 pieces without pulling apart.  4. Bake at 220c for 20 minutes. Cook slightly before cutting through the segments again. Serve warm!  Weetbix bliss balls 🎱 - 5 Weetbix - 200g medjool dates - 1 tbsp honey - 1/2 cup Desicated coconut  - 1/4 cup chia seeds - 2 tbsp cacao powder  Put everything into a food processor. Add 1-3 tbsp water until it can form a ball and stay into shape when you squeeze them. Roll into balls and store in the fridge/freezer.
