My grandparents house is my happy place. My Dog Zues is there, my favorite people are there, I can do my own thing without being bothered, and I get the privacy I need. I love my normal home, but it's just not it. My grandparents place is the only place where I'm happy and I can have a good time. When my grandma was alive I always said I was closest to my dads side of the family, aunts, uncles, cousins, they were always closest to me and my best friends, now that she is gone i walk past my aunt on my dads side and not a word is exchanged (we use to be best friends), I have cousins on my dads side blocked, I don’t speak a word to my dads side of the family, when they tell you that your grandparents are the glue to your family, always believe them, because I have lived it.
