I don't know how they expect most to show up to a newborn apt at the pediatrician after a c section. I litteraly almost fell out of the truck I was so stiff, walked into the wrong building, had to walk all the way around and then they canceled for later in the day. it was a nightmare as my 1st outing with baby

I’m currently pregnant with my second baby I didn’t breast feed with my daughter as a first time mom I didn’t know much about breast feeding or pumps or anything I had severe postpartum depression any tips will help
