My Dad hired my cousin and I would hear him yelling at him constantly if he did something wrong. I reminded my Dad that he is an employee and if he had been speaking to an employee that wasn’t a family member like that he would have been reported and that either way it was unacceptable to be speaking to ANYONE like that. People always complain about the Boomers but the Gen X’s they raised are just as bad
