She asked why I wasn't chasing after her when she told me to leave her alone during a fight, and I told her "I believed you wanted space and was giving that to you. Just my experience: on my second date with my gf I took her to a BYOB sushi spot. She had mentioned she liked red red dry wines. I like sweet ones. So when I when to pick up a bottle for myself to bring to the date I picked her one up in case she forgotten. That small gesture is still something she fondly looks back on.
