Any tips for doing this when you’ve got a belly? I always need to get up and reposition and I would love to actually be able to step forward/jump or float to the top of my mat but I feel like my tummy gets in the way no matter what I do :(

Thinking about knee to nose before landing foot between hands helped me! It helps with lifting your hips and pushing into ground to lift shoulders
