Smoked Street Corn Dip 🌽🧀 Cinco July-O is all about celebrating the 4th of July with great food, great people, and most importantly, the world’s best salsa. This smoked street corn chicken dip is always one of the first things to disappear, and @Guillermo's salsa is what takes it to the next level. It’s always fresh and found only in the refrigerated section. Ingredients • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken • 2 cans (14.75 oz each) Mexican-style corn, drained • 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese • 1 cup Guillermo’s Salsa • 8 oz Velveeta, cubed • 1 cup sour cream • ½ cup chopped cilantro • Juice of 2 limes • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp Tajín For Topping • Cotija cheese • Chopped cilantro • Tajín Instructions 1. Preheat your smoker or grill to 250°F (121°C). 2. In a disposable foil pan, add all the ingredients. 3. Cook for 2 hours. After 1 hour, stir everything together until smooth and creamy, then top with a little more Guillermo’s Salsa. 4. Continue cooking until hot, melted, and bubbling. 5. Remove from the smoker or grill and top with cotija cheese, chopped cilantro, and a sprinkle of Tajín. 6. Serve warm with tortilla chips. No smoker or grill?
