The Law should be made the other way round! Ppl who wanted to be donor will sign and opt in else it should not be by default opted in!!! As many not really know this due to many factors……!

I kept the opt out form in my safe for 20 years and will ask my loved one to submit on the day i passed on for any reasons, nowadays everything is online

This does save lives but in the past you can opt out at 18, now 21. Road accident victims are automatically included hence so many people who uses their phones while crossing or jaywalking, I worry for them.
