@greatfrontend: 5 front end concepts that show up constantly in interviews but get mixed up just as often. CSR vs SSR isn't just "client vs server" it's the difference between a blank screen and a page that's ready on arrival. Props vs state isn't just "data in a component" one flows down from a parent, the other a component owns and changes on its own. DOM vs virtual DOM isn't just "React thing" the virtual DOM exists so React can diff two snapshots and patch only what changed, instead of re-rendering everything. Debounce vs throttle isn't just "rate limiting" one waits for silence, the other fires on a fixed clock no matter how noisy the input gets. localStorage vs sessionStorage isn't just "storage" one survives a year, the other dies with the tab. Know the mechanism, not just the definition. That's what separates a memorized answer from one that holds up under a follow-up question. use clientside rendering if the layout is the same but the data is different. use serverside rendering if the layout will be different. most the time you can get away with clientside rendering as long as your server is heavily secure.
