sheet masks aren’t automatically bad. it depends on the ingredients and how long you leave them on. the mask is just a way to hold the serum against your skin.

Maybe it depends from person to person. I am dry, dehydrated, sensitive, with rosacea, acne prone, yet I cannot live without my weekly biodance mask. Up until I introduced it in my barrier dedicated routine it felt like things simply leave my skin, but now they stay on 🥹

As for someone that have sensitive skin like me yes finally I got exact reason why I always get tiny bumps and acne when I use sheet mask. For now I didn't find any sheet mask that suit with my face huhu
