this is not as “low-calorie” as you think, carbs in this meal is way too high; there is bread, potatoe(s) and corn. i am not saying this isn’t healthy but eating this amount of carbs will make your blood sugar go up very fast and it will also drop fast, which makes you get hungry faster than usual.
