I wear them daily in winter under my jeans because they also just keep me warm without having to wear thermal pants under something more low/mid waisted and without having to many layers in the crotch area lol

I wear them to help with low blood pressure and thrombosis prevention!! helps me with my dizziness also. much more important then some veins in old age!!

started wearing compression socks in my mid-twenties. unfortunately i had already started getting varicose veins in my early twenties, so it's more wearing them so it doesn't get worse than preventative atp 😬
