if u Wana keep them longer, insulate them, wrap in foil have that foil have something in between like a hand towel or something in the foil from the milk should buy u atleast 4 to 5 hours, im a controls engineer whose job is to keep things cold/hot or at temp

im so proud of you you're doing an amazing job just remember you're not perfect your best is always enough sometimes you will feel overwhelmed and sometimes like you're not doing enough so just take a 3 min breating session and go fix ur hair and go get that ball rolling again cause you got this you're a queen. and your spark is very much still there.
