The back is because of ligaments and tendons loosening and shifting. The best thing for it movement. (Providing your doctor agrees) the worst is sitting. Speaking as someone who’s gone through this and has needed physio. Good luck !

Cutie little bumpppp 🥰 I wore nursing bras, specifically tight nursing tank tops, when my boobies were sore. Way more comfy than regular bras. I actually never even went back to bras with underwire after experiencing nursing bras with my first baby lol
