If I was an interviewer I would hire based on vibes, personality, whimsy, and realism. Like experience can be learned, I want someone who can get the job done while also being someone I can vibe with at the same time. Lowkey why I feel interviews should be like an hour of just working side by side with the interviewer and getting to know the person while seeing their work ethic
