It’s so much bigger than that. What have children got to look forward to right now? Children don’t want to be anything when they grow up? Why? They see parents busting a gut just to cover bills. What is there to aspire to?

There is no work life balance, parents live to work, there is no family time, I was a mother who worked 45 hrs a week by the time I got home it was cook dinner and after dinner it was bath/shower then bed time for children, weekends i worked with occasional sunday off I was only allowed week days off, my daughter ended up becoming a 2nd mum to her brother, I feel guilty for the way they had a mum. but many parents work work work cause the cost of living is too high and wages dont cover enough...
