Eggshells are porous, thats likely the internal membrane peeking through holes, when you turn it upside down the weight of the yolk and albumen is probably pulling the membrane away from the shell

Don't eat that one, and get it away from the other eggs. The shell is too porous and that can cause bacteria to enter the egg. Put it in a glass of water and see if it sinks, or floats. Floating means bacteria is present. Toss it. Fresh eggs should lay flat at the bottom of a full cup. Not stand on their points, not tilt. Flat is Fresh.
