Yh I had the most tragic experience too, went second day borough yards location and got there and they had already given them out for free (smoothies and product) to people before 9am and I was so confused. The staff said only today promotional offer?! So unfair honestly and I hadn’t seen it on socials. They’re ignoring my message on insta and email.

We are really sorry for the stock issues following significant international delivery issues - we totally understand how frustrating that is after making the trip and queuing up. I went today to Regent St and same thing…People have been queuing since 10am but there were only 10 tickets given because the other 10 were given at 8am (?)…however, these people were not in the queue at the opening time 11am and we could see the lip masks there but they wouldn’t give them to us that we have been queuing under the sun since 10am…awful experience
