It didn’t look like you did but be careful of fatigue from cardio before weightlifting and also dont be self conscious of lifting at the gym just go to a low easy weight for the first couple times work on form and then progress to a higher weight. Then correct yourself if your form starts to go bad by going down weight again. Then repeat for whole of life 👍

it’s a universal experience for everyone starting out and you’ll learn and get used to it as you go ! from my experience 8/10 of ppl in the gym community are nice and helpful, you could try asking the nicest looking person for help if you’re unsure of an exercise and hopefully a good interaction can help u feel less anxious in the gym 🙏 all the bestttt

Two things:
1. You already look like you work out a lot!
2. I think it's a good investment to get a personal trainer for maybe two sessions to build a weekly training plan for you to follow and do a form check. Helps you get comfortable with the equipment, ensures you're setup for long term success and avoiding injuries.

Applause for going to the gym even when you have this fear! It is a very valid concern especially if you are new!
Though I would say you can use it to your advantage instead! Maybe you can try asking for advice and guidance, I am sure 99% of the people will be more than happy to!
It's like a hidden side with all the seriousness in the gym. If you don't feel like doing so, it would be good to find a gym buddy!

u should start with a friend, it helps with learning the equipment and overall getting comfortable with the environment, after a few weeks you’ll realise no one is paying attention to much during their workout
