I eat anything. 🤣 I have lost so much weight.the one thing I changed was portions 💀! And I eat twice a day .thats it .also I walk more than 8k steps everyday .drink tons of water .

I'm always fasting as long as I can. As soon as I wake up I drink 850ml of warm water with psyllium and take my vitamins. Then I have a black turkish coffee. Around 1-2 PM I boil 2-3 eggs with a pinch of chilly flakes for taste. Around 4 PM I have a salad with any meat and for dinner I make something light with cheese. Generally I take in around 1400-1500 kcal. I'm 175 cm and 78 kg's. The goal is 70-73 kg's😒 this works because I was at 90 kg's last year in August😤

I start work at 6am so up at 5 I do a physical job ( just mornings) but I need breakfast for fuel otherwise I get a headache & shaky ? So I’m not able to skip it , I only have Greek yogurt 0% fat & blueberries bit of oats mixed in . What can I do ? Please 😃
