This overstates limited observational evidence. Side sleeping may contribute to temporary compression lines or possibly some localized periocular differences, but it has not been shown to shift facial fat pads or cause generalized facial asymmetry. One study actually found no association between the preferred sleep side and greater wrinkles or facial descent, and there is no evidence that switching sides for a few weeks reverses asymmetry. Facial asymmetry is primarily multifactorial, involving skeletal anatomy, development, muscle activity, dentition and ageing.

Just sleep on whatever side u want to. It’s bound to happen and don’t care asymmetrical unless it’s very noticeable or u should only care about it if ur a model something like that

listen Natalie, my left eyebrow bone is bigger, my left eye is bigger and prettier, my left cheekbone is lifted and more bigger, my left jaw doesn't is good looking but not like have a boney thing at the edge. Holy biggest lie ever heard. Sleeping on either doesn't matter what matters is tongue posture and breathing. If your breath is shallow and tongue is not on T-spot then your fascia becomes tight and muscles adapt that fascia and make face asymmetrical. humans were meant to sleep on either sides not on their back or stomach
