I know you’re putting seating in the other room but what if you had seating in each area for each game? You could put cocktail tables in front of the bar next to the golf simulator. Put the pool table in the room with the tv and additional seating in there as well.

I would put a pool table there, but I don’t think there is enough room specifically in that space. A beautiful saltwater aquarium would be very cool.

I do see a code problem with a glass wall to the garage. Unless you have a fire rated glass wall requiring very special glass you won't meet the partition wall fire rating. You will have issues passing inspection and later selling the property.

That space is a bit too small for even a bar sized pool table. I’d personally leave it empty or do something really small like an art piece. Sometimes it’s better to let negative space do some talking to let the area itself feel more luxurious and breathable. It can be fun to add a lot of stuff, but cramming every feature into one area can be a little too much “look at all the stuff I have in this area”. I’m doing a similar auto gallery window in my custom build, and I feel like adding more stuff around it would take away from the pop from the garage
