@ayar__ayar: LONG POST: Sooo since court was yesterday, I’ll speak A LITTLE bit on it, so as I’ve told yall before, she called the police on me (I’ll get there when I can) following that argument we had about her being loud & because I already had a warrant I HAD to go regardless, so I was arrested taken to county jail, paid my bond & was released hours later… following the release I was told by management & detective to stay away from home for at least 2 days to relieve the tension & document & record EVERYTHING when I did get home, I did that. I came back on the THIRD day thinking the problem was done & over.. IT WAS’NT, apparently she got word from the other people in the building that I was released (they watched me from the window) so that whole day she had kept trying to make contact w me, she didn’t make contact with me until she saw me heading to the office to go check my clothes , she was in this car, ALREADY ABOUT TO LEAVE, she saw me walking out while I was otp, she gets back OUT the car but before she gets out, she grabs something & asks “wassup scary a** h** wanna catch your ones” I’m ignoring her because again IM STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION BECAUSE THIS GIRL CRIED TO THEM LIKE SHE WAS IN FEAR FOR HER LIFE, so I ignored her, she then FOLLOWS me (which can’t be seen from this view but management seen it from theirs) so while she’s following me I’m still trying to get to the office, she gets as close as she can & maced me , but it flew back on her & made she maced herself as well , so I walked back to RECORD HER (because if it’s not recorded it never happened & she’s ALREADY painted me out to be the “aggressor” so I called the police as well, & wanted to press charges, Officer McMahan badge #2150 RUDELY came in the office & said “I’m going to tell you now, I’m not pressing charges on her, because she showed me your messages & you’ve been going back & forth w her on the internet” A LIE!! The messages he’s referring to were the LAST messages I sent her about her being loud, WE NEVER HAD A CONVERSATION AFTER THAT! Even AFTER management showed him video footage of THEIR ANGLE of her macing me, he STILL refused to press charges, I asked to speak with a sergeant , he came , & all he did was type up an INCIDENT REPORT, no charges were filed against her! #fyp #neighborfromhell
