1) It is not an officially published report, its an internal draft and 2) it didn't warn of an AI Bubble, it warned of the implications to markets *if* there is an AI bubble and *if* that bubble bursts to a significant degree.

The 1999 internet is not the 2026 internet that drives trillions in economic value, and the 2026 ai won’t be the 2050 ai that (might) drive trillions in value. The only ones who don’t see this as a bubble are the victims and perpetrators of this bubble bursting.
