@stephandshay: In 1965, Rosenthal ran an experiment that made a lot of people uncomfortable. He told participants that certain people in the study were "more gifted." Those people were chosen completely at random. Within 8 weeks, the "gifted" group started performing like they actually were. Faster decisions. Less self-doubt. Performance up nearly 25%. Years later, researchers in Zurich ran the same test on adults. One group was told they had a "hidden cognitive resource." The tests were identical for both groups. Within 40 minutes, their brains were generating answers 89% faster. The researchers concluded: they didn't increase anyone's abilities. They changed what people believed was possible for them. One participant said it simply: "I just thought I could. And then I could." Rosenthal was clear. There was nothing mystical about it. People don't act from their actual abilities. They act based on what they believe about themselves. Show someone a version of their future that feels real, and their mind and body start moving toward it immediately. Here's the part most people skip over. The same effect works in reverse. If someone is told they are "difficult," "broken," or "a failure" long enough, the brain starts confirming that story. Neuroscientists have shown that negative expectations slow neural transmission almost as much as chronic fatigue. You are not your past programming. But you are living out its script until you decide to rewrite it. At a Harvard conference, a psychologist said something that stopped the room: "We become who others think we are. Unless we realize in time that the voice isn't ours." The shift doesn't start with more motivation. It starts with a new belief about what you're capable of. That's what Mindpower is. It's the science of changing your forecast of yourself. Follow for more, and DM us the word REWIRE if you're ready to finally create real change.

It’s the think feel act cycle. Your thoughts create your emotions, and your emotions are fuel for your actions. Which is why it’s better to be an optimist 😊

The Rosenthal effect, also known as the Pygmalion effect, is a psychological phenomenon where higher expectations from others can lead to improved performance in individuals. This effect illustrates how beliefs and expectations can create self-fulfilling prophecies, influencing outcomes in various settings like education and the workplace.

Your thoughts, can indeed, turn into reality. Think positive and get a positive life. Think negative and get a negative life. Ican attest to the truth of this.

reminds of this story I heard about an advanced mathematical problem that hadn't yet been solved and a professor had it on the board of his class, well a new student came in , thought it was homework and solved it. Apparently it was a decade old problem that no one could solve.

I can beat that. I can visit any time or place I have been or seen in a photo, and remote viewing or "Daydream" all the elements of my thoughts. I can see them visually whether I close my eyes or not but pitch black is easier.

It’s not as beneficial as it may seem, more so, negative thoughts seem to manifest easier. Positive thoughts take significantly more focus, more energy, more power. I imagine without “ALL DISTRACTIONS” we could experience more than 90% accuracy collectively.
