You can get the creamiest hummus by cooking your chickpeas yourself. I make huge batches in my crockpot and I freeze in 15oz batches.

What inspires you to make a dish so different like this? Is this apart of your or your partners culture? I love how different to ME it is. I see a lot of Greek, Mexican, Chinese, soul food and so on but haven’t passed by too many Ukrainian dishes
