almost 2 years sober from alcohol here. wish I would have stopped sooner but its still hard. especially around holidays. I drank my way through most holidays to be able to function without the stress and it was normal for me. im proud of you!

not a mom - BUT every single fucking day life is hard for everybody and it’s not talked about enough how we’re all depressed and doing terribly. people will just say anything that doesn’t make you feel better. You are getting better every day even if you aren’t. You deserve everyone to believe you.
