Thank you! I’m going to try it! I scaled it down for home if that’s okay. 1/4 cup kosher salt, 2 Tbsp +2 tsp of black pepper/granulated garlic/smoked paprika, 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Oregano/Basil/Thyme/cayenne/white pepper/onion powder. Makes 1.5 cups of seasoning!

Why put salt in it instead of being able to dial in the salt on each individual portion? Seems less useful if you wanna use more in something but don’t want to add too much sodium.
