I'm an Old, so take my techno advice with the right amount of sauce, but this feels like a bridge or maybe with the right ebb and flow, a chorus. I love the overall sound, but you have to have a proper buildup to this and you should figure out how to make this work melodically in a bigger context. AGAIN: love the sound, love the way you've made this sound, but this feels like a building block, not an actual track.

The high hats will balance it out. A nice drum roll into a breakdown. Move those vocals to the front for the breakdown and let them rip. Then bring it all back together for the second drop :)
