ive done 19 ceremonies. it changed my life. every ceremony was different, each one had something different for me to see, experience or heal. it healed my severe trauma. it gave me true self love. and I wasnt living before doing it. I was deeply stuck on survival mode. im so grateful for aya💜

Aya is medicine!! It’s not something you do for fun, it can be extremely challenging and even unsafe depending on the container and the facilitation. BUT: if you heed the calling, if you commit to the experience with intention and care, and if you open your heart & mind to her.. I have yet to find as profound a teacher and healer in western medicine as I have found in Aya.

You don’t gain better revelations by doing more intense things. Is all about where your mindset is at, how open you are, and what questions you are asking. You can get the same truths from structured breathing as you can from something like that. There are many roads to the same destination. You don’t have to look for a short cut.
