The only way I’ve managed to speak to an actual person is to go through TT shop like I have an issue with an item. Then they can transfer you to a real person in the right department. It’s a pain in the a$$ but that’s my only loophole

Yes, unfortunately how Tik Tok works now. Promises of money, then if it goes viral, they find a reason to demonetize. That’s why Tik Tok is no longer a viable money making app.

This happened to my store. $45k in sales was kept from me because I put business cards in my orders 😭 but I literally complained for months. I also mentioned that they took my store down but kept all the freebies that I was promoting from other businesses on my profile market ... they folded with that
