It ruined my skin barrier but I think I have the worlds most sensitive skin because the only serum I can use is hyloronic acid anything else makes my skin hurt so badly even low percentages 😭

That azelaic acid video has so much good info 😤 but I found even better results when I fixed my nutrition honestly daily. I beg you to read Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by Loren Green because it taught me about whole body wellbeing beyond just skincare now truly. Lost 24lbs and my complexion has never looked better combining internal and external care honestly daily. This book is a lifesaver really))
