Nordic combined is literally one of the first Olympic events in history and considered the pentathlon of the Olympics. It’s truly insane that this is the decision they made. But these athletes are hungry and are excited to build a better future in hopes of getting back in the Olympics.

I love the Winter Olympics they’re way too underrated in my opinion. I love watching the women compete. As much as I hate to see this sport go..I’m excited to see what they bring in.

i unfortunately knew this was going to happen. the rules for things to be included are super strict and a lot of sports are going to start getting cut if more countries/people don’t compete them. 🫠

i love ski jumping and now I'm worried they will scrap it for 2034, because infrastructure is one of the most expensive and now has only 1 sport 😮💨

There have been events removed since 1960, usually ones they try out once or twice and then get rid of like ski ballet that was in 1988 and 1992. Ok, so I really only know about ski ballet.
