@alexskitchenbangers: Chicken Gyros Folded Wrap It’s summer which means I basically want a gyros every other day 🤣 Juicy gyros chicken, crispy paprika fries, golden halloumi and a garlic & herb yoghurt all folded into a golden toasted wrap. The best summer fakeaway 🤌🏼 Ingredients (serves 2): 250g chicken breast diced 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp smoked paprika ½ tsp garlic granules ½ tsp ground cumin 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp 0% Greek style yoghurt Salt Black pepper Garlic & Herb Yoghurt - or sub for tzatziki 70g 0% Greek style yoghurt ½ tsp garlic granules 1 tsp lemon juice ½ tsp dried mixed herbs Salt Black pepper To serve: 125g skin on fries ½ tsp smoked paprika 60g halloumi sliced 2 tortilla wraps 2 handfuls of shredded lettuce 💞Add the chicken to a bowl with the ingredients listed & leave to marinate while you prep the rest 💞Toss the fries with the smoked paprika and cook according to the packet instructions 💞Thread the chicken onto skewers and place into the air fryer. Cook at 190°C for 10-12 minutes until cooked through and lightly charred. 💞Once cooked, carefully slice the chicken from the skewers into thin strips. 💞Mix together the garlic yoghurt sauce 💞Fry the sliced halloumi and cook until golden 💞Make a slice halfway through the centre of each wrap 💞Fill the bottom left quarter with the sliced chicken. 💞Fill the top left quarter with the shredded lettuce and garlic & herb yoghurt (or just pop chicken on top to make folding easier. 💞Then add the fries followed by the halloumi. 💞 Fold each quarter over the next. 💞Place into a dry frying pan over a medium heat. Cook for a couple minutes each side until golden and sealed.
