@louishowardpt: “Super F*ck” Protein Brownies These were a solid 9/10 from me. Ridiculously fudgy, packed with protein, and honestly didn’t taste like a “healthy” brownie. Definitely one I’ll be making again. Ingredients * 80g plain flour * 20g cocoa powder * 65g chocolate protein powder * 10g sweetener * Pinch of salt * 150ml egg whites * 2 large eggs * 100g cottage cheese * 20g apple sauce * 20ml maple syrup * 5ml vanilla extract * Optional chocolate chips Cooking Steps * Preheat oven to 180°C. * Mix all the dry ingredients together. * Blend the wet ingredients for around 10 seconds. * Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until you have a thick brownie batter. * Pour into a lined baking tray. * Bake for 12–15 minutes, depending on how fudgy you like them. * Leave to cool completely (they’re even better after chilling in the fridge), then slice into 9 brownies.
