@nexus.anomaly: Homemade Beef Burritos 🌯 Ingredients * 2 large flour tortillas * 450 g ground beef (80/20) * 1 packet (35–40 g) burrito seasoning * 250 g cooked white rice * 240 g black beans, drained * 150 g salsa * 120 g shredded cheddar cheese * 80 g sour cream Instructions 1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart until browned. 2. Stir in the burrito seasoning with 60 ml (¼ cup) water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened. 3. Warm the tortillas for 20–30 seconds per side. 4. Spread about 20–25 g (1½ tbsp) of salsa over each tortilla. 5. Add 125 g cooked white rice. 6. Add 120 g black beans. 7. Add 225 g seasoned ground beef. 8. Sprinkle 60 g shredded cheddar cheese. 9. Top with 40 g sour cream. 10.
