Routine that helped me! Panoxyl 10% body wash, put on dry skin and let it sit for 10 minutes then shower off, put the ordinary glycolic acid in a spray bottle, spray back and let soak in, then azeliac acid cream!

Wash out your conditioner with your head flipped over so it doesn’t run down your back! And put it up in a clip or something while the conditioner is sitting. Made a big difference!

Every now and then when I have my breakouts, I’ll go get a back peel at my dermatologist !! It literally gets rid of it all it’s insane. But make sure to do it when you know you won’t be getting any sun. And then I use the panoxyl wash and spray every day!

Make sure to rinse your hair completely before washing your body, and wash using benzoyl peroxide! That’s what helped me.
