I’m sending this to my dad who keeps asking oh why I’m not working yet I’ve sent out over 100 in less than 2 months not just on indeed, LinkedIn , company websites , people posting about jobs on TikTok just everywhere and anywhere like sir please I’m trying. Not to mention I live in middle of no where Alberta and I’m black and they don’t like that 😭😭

So I love the effort, but we all know by now, LinkedIn is not a great avenue for getting hired. I’d be more interested in you running tests applying directly to a company website job postings, and seeing what the interview success rate is?
