they are called light sticks and a lot work from signals put by the venue to create the light effects you see. it was started in kpop and spread. each group has a specially designed stick and main colour ❤️it makes the concerts more fun. there is also an etiquette for holding them so as to not annoy your neighbour or hurt anyone
