when you work 12 hours plus solidly because theres not enough nurses to care for our sick, you have to expect mistakes. unfortunately thats why there is insurance. this woman was clearly broken by what she did. very different to the angels of death murders etc. x

Nurses are overwhelmed, they are the heart of our healthcare system, and these things are gonna happen more more often as long as this is a for-profit healthcare system

Overworked nurses, loads of distractions, human error can happen. Sad, but the hospital should provide routine refresher training and ensure people have the time and means to do their job properly. Certainly not criminal
