For ego gift selection id recommend switching prestige card for other ego gifts that are limited to certain theme packs, an example would be to replace it with sad dog plush since it grants you alot of damage and its hard to get since its a keywordless ego gift (you cant find it with status effect refresh in shop so your options would be to either find it in clear rewards or gambling your cost away in shop refreshes)
