I love your posts. You talked a lot in this post about reacting from a place of fear, and how you wanted to save people from going through what you went through. First of all you can't. What you know now came from your experiences. Thank goodness you made it through and did not leave, I made it through as well and did not leave. Perhaps, this is just a respectful suggestion. Discuss the things that you did that helped you cope that get you through the hard times that inevitably get triggered through life. Perhaps explain how those feelings you had that were so hard or temporary. You didn't feel them 24 seven,they came and they went. And then they came back again and then they left again. I've had to come up with what I call "tools" for when I'm triggered again. Thank you for sharing your story it does mean a lot and it does bring hope. It truly appreciate your posts. This coming from a woman who didn't come out till I was in my 50s.🤗
