flan it’s such a super easy Ramadan dessert recipe I always make it at large family, gatherings, and everyone loves it. Ingredients 1 cup of Sugar 1 (12 oz.) can Evaporated milk 1 (12 oz.) can Condensed milk (12oz.) Whole milk 1 tbsp. Vanilla extract 6 Eggs Instructions Heat one cup of sugar in a pan on low heat mixing until the edges turn light golden in color. Mix thoroughly for even color. Then remove from the skillet to a 6-inch pan. Move all around as you pour the caramel as it hardens quickly. Mix evaporated milk, condensed milk, whole milk, vanilla extract, and eggs in a large bowl. Strain the mixture on top of the caramel syrup. Tap pan on the table 3-4 times to get the air bubbles out. Cover the pan with Aluminium foil. Now add boiling water to a 10-inch pan about half way. Place fan mixture pan in it and then bake in the oven for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 350 degrees F or until it achieves jello like consistency. If it's still watery in the center, leave it for another 10 minutes in the oven. Allow it to cool overnight after removing from the oven.
