I had a steam straightener years ago and it was so strong it took out my curl pattern with just steam so the heat setting is something to still be aware of.

I have this and it’s actually really good. It’s misleading imo when she says “using water” but it does periodically spray the section you are straightening and it gets my hair way straighter and silkier than my 100+ one did. I think the heat protection from this brand actually makes it 100% better than just the straightener alone. Lasts me a couple days but could definitely be longer if you actually take care of you silk press
